Brendan & Joy Doyle – Owners
Joy and Brendan have spent over 25 years in hospitality, and it shows in every detail of No.5 Patisserie. They launched the bakery in 2025 with a shared dream: to serve handmade, high-quality treats that feel like home.
Joy brings the energy, warmth, and operations know-how, while Brendan blends baking with the tech to keep everything running smoothly. Together, they lead the team hands-on every day—experimenting with new flavours, engaging feedback from customers, and constantly dreaming up fresh, tasty ideas to bring to the market.
